Own enterprise healthcare accounts from signature through renewal and expansion. Drive adoption, utilization, executive engagement, new product pilots, ROI measurement, QBRs, account strategy, and commercial outcomes. Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, financial, and IT leaders, negotiate contracts, develop champions, and create repeatable account-management frameworks. The role requires up to 30% travel for customer events, stakeholder meetings, and QBRs.

The Head of National Strategic Accounts will drive Ambience's revenue by winning large health system accounts, leveraging relationships, and coaching the sales team on complex deal strategies.

Own product and suite-level positioning, messaging, launch governance, competitive intelligence, battlecards, and product-associated campaigns for the Chorus platform. Gather market and field insights from sales, CRM, account management, and customer conversations, then feed those insights into product and messaging strategy. Coordinate with Product, Sales Enablement, Comms, Growth, and Events while supporting additional products and care settings as the platform expands.
