Administer and optimize Unanet CRM across a multi-office professional services firm. Responsibilities include system configuration, governance, reporting, dashboards, integrations, automation, data quality, migrations, user training, support, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role transforms CRM data into actionable pipeline, forecasting, client relationship, and business-development intelligence while partnering with market-sector, finance, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Coordinates competitive proposals and statements of qualification by organizing content, schedules, graphics, forms, resumes, and submission requirements. Supports Proposal Managers and business development leaders, prepares and proofreads documents, performs quality-control reviews, maintains proposal databases and content, and assists with interview preparation. The role requires strong organization, deadline management, formatting, copyediting, brand implementation, and A/E/C proposal experience.

Lead wetland and aquatic resource studies, field surveys, environmental reporting, permitting, mitigation planning, and post-construction monitoring. Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, contracts, client relationships, regulatory coordination, technical quality assurance, and multidisciplinary teams. Mentor wetland scientists and habitat specialists while supporting business development and restoration practice growth.

The Proposal Manager will develop high-quality proposals, manage multiple deadlines, prepare content, and support business development efforts.
