Develops operating models, roadmaps, assessment frameworks, and thought leadership, and recruits and mentors multidisciplinary teams.

Manage daily conflict checks and queue, analyze conflicts of interest using research and analytics tools, maintain intake data integrity, provide training on client intake software, ensure rapid turnaround for checks, and support Conflict Management initiatives.
