Design and develop balance-of-plant thermal-fluid systems for a first-of-a-kind nuclear power plant, including steam, feedwater, condensate, condenser, heat exchanger, pump, valve, piping, and auxiliary systems. Perform thermal, structural, and fluid analyses; create CAD models and documentation; coordinate with vendors; support manufacturing, testing, commissioning, regulatory submissions, and system integration. Manage bills of materials, configuration control, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional design activities through deployment.

Design, analyze, manufacture, integrate, and validate high-reliability mechanical and electromechanical mechanisms for nuclear reactor systems. Responsibilities include concept development, trade studies, structural and thermal analysis, tolerance stack-ups, GD&T, supplier coordination, manufacturing process development, testing, qualification, failure analysis, and lifecycle ownership from concept through deployment.
