Leads the Archdiocese of Seattle’s communications strategy, digital marketing, content planning, campaigns, and media efforts. Part-time choral piano accompanist supporting 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM Masses, rehearsals, special liturgies, parish family services, weddings, and funerals. Responsibilities include preparing music, collaborating with parish and music leaders, occasionally playing organ, assisting with choir direction, and maintaining musical skills. The role requires proficient sight-reading, broad musical competence, advance preparation, and experience accompanying church choirs.

Supports the lead preschool teacher with age-appropriate activities, child supervision, play and classroom routines for children ages 2.5 to 5. On-call K-8 substitute teacher delivering lesson plans, supporting diverse learners, managing classroom behavior, collaborating with staff, and preparing classrooms. Flexible, on-site schedule with daily call/text notifications for assignments.

Serve as judge, auditor/instructor, or assessor in ecclesiastical tribunal cases (primarily marriage cases), participate in tribunal processes, mentor and train staff and interns, assist in administration and casework, and attend continuing canonical education.

The Senior Accountant oversees accounting and reporting for two entities, ensuring compliance, accurate transaction recording, financial reporting, and leading audits, while collaborating with teams.

Supports Archdiocesan strategic and pastoral planning by providing administrative, project coordination, communications, event, and basic data/financial support. Drafts and proofreads materials, manages meeting logistics and technology, maintains records, assists with registrations and invoices, and supports councils, committees, and departmental operations.

Assist lead teacher in delivering preschool curriculum for children ages 3–5, support classroom management, collaborate with colleagues and families, participate in PLC planning and school programs (including potential summer preschool), and complete required pre-service screenings and trainings.

Provide piano accompaniment and direct the volunteer parish choir for Sunday 9:00 AM Mass and occasional liturgies. Select liturgical music with clergy, rehearse singers and instrumentalists, prepare arrangements and psalm settings, recruit and develop choir members, and uphold Catholic liturgical norms.

Serve as long-term substitute librarian for preschool–8th grade: teach library classes, manage books/materials/technology, organize book fairs and events, collaborate with staff through PLCs, support diverse learners, and potentially lead a middle school elective.

Lead a faith-based preschool classroom for 3-4 year-olds: plan play-based, kindergarten-readiness lessons, manage behavior, maintain WAC compliance, keep MERIT records, complete required trainings (STARS, EQEL, Virtus), and engage in faculty meetings and parent communication to support school mission.

The Children's Evangelization Director will educate children and their families about Catholic teachings, provide ministry support, and handle administrative tasks.
