Leads the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation, including Source-to-Pay and Order Management. Establishes program strategy, roadmap, governance, integrated planning, and delivery practices; leads internal teams, system integrators, and external partners; manages risks, dependencies, budgets exceeding $50 million, resources, benefits realization, and executive communications. Oversees implementation through go-live and stabilization while incorporating SAP AI, automation, Joule, and BTP capabilities.

Leads the functional strategy and multi-year roadmap for order management systems. Responsibilities include evaluating DOM vendors, developing business cases, translating omnichannel goals into product backlogs and user stories, integrating SAP, eCommerce, POS, payment, and fulfillment systems, and overseeing testing, deployment readiness, and hypercare. The role supports modernization from SAP ECC SD to a cloud-native distributed order management platform.

Designs, implements, tests, deploys, and supports omnichannel technology solutions, primarily SAP SD and payment systems. Translates business requirements into scalable designs, creates solution documentation and user stories, manages integrations with ecommerce, finance, logistics, POS, payment, and fraud platforms, and provides ongoing operational support. The role partners with internal and external development teams and ensures reliable handling of orders, fulfillment, returns, refunds, settlements, and related customer journeys.
