Armada Benefits Overview

Maintains general ledger integrity and supports month-, quarter-, and year-end close. Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial packages, audit workpapers, and transaction-cycle accounting across AP, AR, revenue, expenses, fixed assets, debt, leases, inventory, and CIP. Supports Galleon asset accounting, ASC compliance, internal controls, ERP improvements, and cross-functional finance partnerships. Identifies process automation opportunities and provides accounting guidance in a high-growth environment.

Leads DoD and DoW infrastructure workstreams across capture and delivery. Develops RFI/RFP technical responses, translates mission requirements into manufacturable architectures, and executes SOWs from award through deployment and sustainment. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, site delivery, security, and compliance stakeholders. Owns schedules, risks, technical performance, change control, customer engagement, accreditation readiness, and deployment of modular data centers and edge AI infrastructure in classified, air-gapped, and austere environments.

Lead Armada’s global accounting function, including close, US GAAP reporting, technical accounting, revenue recognition, consolidations, audits, controls, and IPO readiness. Build a SOX-ready environment, oversee government contract accounting and international compliance, scale NetSuite and related finance systems, and develop the accounting and tax organization. Advise executives on accounting implications of strategic decisions, transactions, and financings while establishing scalable processes, policies, and controllership strategy.
