Develop and maintain software applications and network products using C#. Identify and coordinate resolution of issues. Perform OACR (Office Audit Code Review) bug bashing to achieve compliance and complete cleanup development work.

Design and map user flows and interfaces for data-driven products. Collaborate with product and data science teams to implement front-end solutions, solicit customer feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

Lead QA activities: create test strategies and plans, write and run test cases/scripts, monitor execution, triage defects, drive automation and tooling adoption, work in Agile/Scrum, interface with customers, manage offshore team, set up test data, troubleshoot UNIX logs, and perform service-level testing with SoapUI. Telecom domain expertise required.

Design and build data-driven front-end interfaces and user flows, partner with product and data science teams to implement solutions, develop data dashboards (Power BI), and iterate based on customer feedback.

Participate in software and network product development, perform design and analysis tasks, conduct testing (6–12 months experience), perform compliance code reviews and audits, execute OACR bug-bashing and cleanup development, and proactively identify and coordinate issue resolutions.

Design and develop enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and AngularJS. Build RESTful Web APIs, implement ASP.NET MVC solutions, integrate Azure PaaS services, SQL Server and identity providers (ADFS/OAuth2). Apply DI, TDD, mocking, PowerShell, VSTS/TFS and agile practices; participate in DevOps for cloud deployments.

Lead QA activities: analyze requirements, write test plans and scripts, triage defects, participate in daily scrums, communicate status to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, set up test data and review UNIX logs. May include performance testing and some development support.

Mentor and coach support engineers, run weekly case reviews, oversee new-hire ramp-up, manage backlogs and idle cases, identify and escalate top recurring issues, enforce process and case ownership, perform hands-on case recovery, reduce repeat callers, interact with executive customers, and implement Microsoft-recommended architectural improvements.

Design, configure, and troubleshoot packet-core and wireless network components including DNS and Linux systems. Work with EPC protocols (Gx, Diameter), policy control, TCP/IP and web application interactions. Perform network and equipment configuration and Linux administration in telecom environments.

Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end features for Node/Angular web applications on cloud platforms. Contribute to architecture, production management, DevOps, troubleshooting, and cloud infrastructure deployment and support.
