Lead a hands-on cloud engineering support team to drive application support, automation, developer enablement, and process improvements. Manage issues, backlogs, Jira workflows, stakeholder expectations, team coaching, and initiatives to improve system stability and developer efficiency.

Support and scale go-to-market operations through Salesforce administration, user support, data quality management, system enhancements, UAT, and reporting. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Business Systems to resolve issues, document processes, train users, and improve CRM data governance and operational efficiency.

Build and scale AssetWatchs organic channel to drive measurable pipeline. Own keyword architecture, AEO strategy, technical SEO, content briefs, and performance attribution. Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI answer surfaces; prioritize fixes and execute roadmap to produce consistent, qualified organic-sourced MQLs and influenced revenue.

Manage federal, state, local, and indirect tax filings; coordinate external advisors; support Mexico expansion and future UK/EU entry; implement policies, controls, and process improvements; optimize Taxware and NetSuite integrations; and act as primary internal tax partner to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
