Supports ARC’s communications and marketing efforts through social media management, digital and email campaigns, website updates, newsletters, donor communications, event promotion, storytelling, and community outreach. The role creates multimedia content, maintains brand consistency, tracks campaign performance, supports fundraising and donor stewardship, and assists with Advancement operations. It represents ARC at community events and promotes its youth recreation and childcare programs.

Supports recruitment and onboarding by coordinating job postings, candidate screening, interviews, new-hire paperwork, background checks, orientations, and training. Maintains candidate and employee records in Paycom, audits files, tracks compliance requirements, and communicates clearance status to hiring managers. The role also supports HRIS updates, licensing compliance, organizational property tracking, and process improvement while safeguarding confidential information and applying employment laws and HR best practices.
