Leads a technical client operations team supporting managed cloud services. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, workforce and capacity planning, 24x7 coverage, ticket and incident management, service quality, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement. The manager partners with Client Success, Professional Services, Security Operations, and Compliance to improve operational performance, client experience, automation, scalability, and team capability.

Manage and support customer Azure environments, including networking, firewalls, monitoring, virtual machines, disaster recovery, and security controls. Troubleshoot escalated incidents, administer Windows and Linux systems, configure Hyper-V and VMware, and support compliance requirements. Develop Azure infrastructure through PowerShell, Bicep, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. Maintain documentation, train users, communicate with clients, perform quality checks, and participate in an on-call rotation.

The Senior Client Executive will negotiate and close new business, build client relationships, and manage the sales cycle focusing on cloud-based solutions.

As a Client Executive, you will drive sales of Azure Operations Services, develop market strategies, and maintain relationships with Microsoft representatives to generate business opportunities and deliver client value.
