Sell Life, Health, and Annuity products by developing leads, preparing proposals, closing sales, and meeting production goals. Maintain product knowledge, complete applications and compliance documentation, provide customer service, collaborate with branch partners, and support underwriting and brokerage as needed.

Handle automobile liability and physical damage claims for Michigan: investigate, evaluate coverage and liability, prepare estimates, negotiate settlements, authorize payments, identify subrogation, refer to specialty units, document files in claims system, and manage repair/total-loss processes. Role requires compliance with Michigan insurance law and occasional travel or inspections.

Manage complex Michigan Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims from intake through resolution. Conduct coverage analysis and investigations, evaluate damages and financial loss, negotiate settlements, approve payments, coordinate with attorneys, MCCA, and internal units, document and close files in claims systems, and handle catastrophic and attorney-represented claims requiring advanced legal and medical knowledge.

Lead projects reviewing complex insurance products, underwriting and vendor practices to improve profitability and quality. Perform audits, analyze data, build dashboards using GCP and Excel, recommend process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, support investigations, and develop policies and reporting for underwriting quality assurance.

Manage daily general ledger accounting for cash receipts, disbursements, fixed assets, and tax compliance. Serve as Workday process owner for Expenses and Supplier Accounts, oversee payment operations, reconciliations, audits, controls, and year-end activities. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and a team of accounting staff while partnering with Finance, AP, Payroll, IT, and operational teams.

Manage and execute internal audits across a multi-state organization to strengthen controls, identify improvement opportunities, lead audit staff, coordinate with external auditors, present findings to management, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and professional audit standards.
