The Senior Software Architect will design scalable solutions for ticketing systems, ensure best practices in development, and guide architecture initiatives across teams. Responsibilities include code reviews, collaboration on architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.

Lead and coach a team of 4–6 engineers while remaining hands-on with code and code reviews. Design and deliver scalable full-stack solutions, partner with Architecture/QA/Infra/Ops, collaborate with Product and stakeholders, drive technical initiatives, make operational decisions, and support recruiting and retention.

Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 engineers while remaining hands-on in coding and code reviews. Design and deliver scalable full-stack solutions (React, .NET, SQL), collaborate with Architecture/QA/Infra/Product, drive CI/CD practices, deploy to AWS, and participate in recruiting and performance management to support global ticketing platforms.
