Own Badge’s brand and growth design across its website, content, social media, email, sales enablement, events, and presentations. Build scalable visual systems, templates, and brand guidelines while collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and engineering. Design accurate product visuals for wallet experiences, improve conversion and engagement using metrics, and use AI tools to accelerate concept development and production.

Serve as the senior technical advisor for strategic enterprise prospects and customers. Lead executive discovery, technical sales narratives, demos, proof-of-concept scoping, RFP responses, integration architecture, and migration planning. Resolve ambiguous ownership and data-readiness issues, align customer and internal engineering teams, and support clean handoffs to Customer Success. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering while advising CTO, CPO, and VP-level stakeholders.
