Reviews design submittals, RFIs, change proposals, contractor materials, and execution plans for compliance with contract requirements. Prepares engineering studies, cost estimates, MILCON documentation, reports, correspondence, and presentations. Coordinates contractors and supports safety, testing, access, commissioning, and facility issue resolution while working independently with government, vendor, and engineering stakeholders.

Install, test, troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated fuel handling, tank gauging, alarm, overfill protection and ground verification electronic systems at DoD sites; maintain records, coordinate travel and parts, and communicate with dispatch and teams to meet schedules.
