We are looking for a customer-focused and reliable mid-level Product Manager who will organize product development and ensure high ROI. Your duties will include translating ideas, requests, research, issues and data into strategy and features, and facilitating product development from start to finish. You will work closely with our CEO and UX Design team to create user stories and business requirements to optimize the user experience for our webstore and associated features. As an Account Manager for our Farmers, you will be part of Barn2Door’s Success Team. This role is crucial in our customers’ journey. Once trained and onboarded, Farmers will depend on ongoing recommendations, training and insights to optimize their customer adoption through marketing best practices online. You will be responsible for keeping our existing customer base successful through effective customer engagement and platform adoption (as evidenced through transaction volume).  This role includes managing Farmer Accounts and requires project management, customer service, and ongoing training of the Barn2Door platform. In this role as an Onboarding Manager, you will be part project manager, part educator, part customer service provider to help Farmers leverage Barn2Door to save time and grow their business. You will train Farmers how to engage their customers online, while managing products, inventory, logistics and transactions through Barn2Door. You will become an expert on Barn2Door’s product functionality, and provide feedback to the Marketing, Sales and Product teams. You should be a natural teacher, confident with technology, solutions oriented, and eager to become fluent in local food and agriculture. You will be accountable for platform adoption, transaction volume and customer satisfaction.
