Analyze fixed income, derivatives, duration, convexity, stress scenarios, deposits, and prepayments. Automate workflows with Python and Excel/VBA, modernize analytics in Snowflake, document model governance, and communicate insights to Treasury, Risk, Credit, Product, and portfolio leaders.

Designs and develops complex cloud-native data solutions, scalable batch and real-time pipelines, APIs, data models, and enterprise data platforms. Implements data governance, quality, lineage, security, observability, CI/CD, automated testing, and operational reporting capabilities. Collaborates with architects, product owners, analysts, governance, security, and platform teams on technology strategy and cloud modernization. Mentors engineers, leads technical design discussions, presents recommendations, and supports AI-ready data products and emerging development tools.

Lead the development of AI products, design scalable systems, advance AI foundations, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure quality practices, and mentor engineers.

Designs and develops enterprise cloud data solutions, including batch, near-real-time, and API-based pipelines. Builds data models, warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses while implementing governance, quality, lineage, and curation practices. Supports CI/CD, testing, monitoring, observability, security, and compliance. Collaborates with architects, product owners, analysts, and leadership on platform strategy and modernization. Mentors engineers, leads reviews, presents technical topics, and explores AI-enabled data capabilities.

Develops, calibrates, validates, and maintains credit risk models, including PD, LGD, and EAD models, for lending, collections, loss forecasting, capital planning, and stress testing. Analyzes large datasets, evaluates model performance, documents model changes, supports systems testing, and communicates statistical insights to stakeholders and management. Collaborates across the credit union to improve risk-return strategies and reporting.

Develop and enhance core banking applications through requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, and production support. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance user experience. Participate in code reviews, technology roadmap discussions, continuous improvement initiatives, and an on-call rotation for troubleshooting critical production systems.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure lending and credit card solutions. Drive cloud-first modernization (Azure/cloud), API and integration strategy, production stability, prototypes, and mentor engineering teams while influencing enterprise architecture and business-aligned technical direction.

Lead development and scaling of marketing operating models, offer management, workflow/process optimization, forecasting, analytics, and governance. Drive cross-functional alignment with compliance, risk, data, and product teams while coaching and developing a marketing operations team to improve execution and measurable business outcomes.

Design and develop scalable software solutions, lead engineering workstreams, ensure code quality, mentor junior developers, and collaborate on technical strategies to enhance digital experiences for BECU members.
