Leads a regional team of Clinical Engagement Leads supporting investigator relationships, site feasibility, activation, enrollment, and clinical trial engagement. The field-based role requires extensive regional travel and collaboration with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, CROs, investigators, and HR.

Leads global clinical supply chain strategy and execution across clinical programs, including forecasting, inventory planning, packaging, labeling, distribution, cold-chain integrity, trade compliance, and returns. Manages CDMOs, 3PLs, depots, and logistics partners while ensuring GMP, GDP, GCP, and regulatory compliance. Partners cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance; develops SOPs, manages deviations and CAPAs, supports inspections, and builds scalable supply infrastructure in a pre-commercial biotech environment.

Field-based senior clinical development professional responsible for building and managing investigator and site relationships, supporting site identification and activation, driving enrollment and retention, providing field intelligence to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, and representing the company at scientific meetings across a multi-state territory.

Lead operational planning and execution of global Phase 1-4 immunology clinical trials. Manage CROs/vendors and sites, drive recruitment and activation, maintain timelines and risk mitigation, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, support data readiness and regulatory/inspection activities, mentor clinical operations staff, and implement process improvements.

Provide scientific and medical oversight of global pharmacovigilance activities for immunology and inflammation programs. Lead signal detection, benefit-risk assessment, medical case review, author aggregate safety reports, support regulatory responses, collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs, and contribute to risk management and safety governance.
