Benepass Benefits Overview

Own 15–20 enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive and stakeholder relationships, develop success and account plans, monitor customer health and renewal risk, drive adoption and value realization, lead strategic reviews, synthesize customer feedback for Product and Engineering, and create scalable customer success playbooks and processes.

Lead a backend engineering team responsible for Benepass Core Services, including ledger, decisioning, authentication, integrations, and money movement systems. Manage and develop 4–6 engineers, oversee hiring and performance, guide project execution, and maintain delivery accountability. Provide technical leadership through design reviews, prototyping, debugging, and operational incident management. Partner cross-functionally, uphold reliability and correctness standards, and model effective daily use of AI in engineering and management workflows.

The role involves driving product features from research to execution, using AI tools, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and advocating for customer experience improvements.
