Manage and grow relationships with mortgage broker partners for Better Wholesale’s HELOC product. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, scenario guidance, account management, pipeline and funded-volume forecasting, issue resolution, CRM tracking, broker feedback, and partner activation. The role combines consultative sales, mortgage expertise, and channel-building in a launch environment, with future opportunities to develop new broker relationships and support additional wholesale lending products.

90-day paid training program introducing mortgage fundamentals, customer service, workflow and pipeline management, and hands-on use of Tinman. Associates receive mentorship, real-world process training, and may transition into junior operations or sales support roles after successful completion.

The Internal Lead Mortgage Advisor manages inbound leads, guides borrowers through the mortgage process, and collaborates with teams to improve performance.
