Recruit licensed therapists to join BetterHelp's network for insurance clients through high-volume outreach (calls, emails, texts), schedule appointments, and coordinate with Onboarding and Credentialing to complete onboarding. Optimize recruitment processes, convert data into actionable insights, and work independently in a quota-driven environment while collaborating cross-functionally.

Serve as a strategic commercial finance partner across cash-pay and insurance-covered businesses. Own driver-based forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, business cases, KPI reporting, and executive communications. Analyze payer dynamics, reimbursement, revenue cycle, unit economics, marketing ROI, and customer cohorts to inform senior leadership and drive strategic decisions. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Analytics, Operations, Accounting, and FP&A on scalable models and processes.

Design, deploy, and maintain reliable production and corporate systems; manage configuration, security, and core infrastructure; participate in on-call incident response; build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code; monitor systems and develop tools to improve reliability and availability.
