Provide hands-on IT administration for approximately 230 employees across macOS and Windows. Responsibilities include Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, SaaS and identity administration, endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding, asset inventory, compliance reporting, workflow monitoring, scripting, documentation, lab and VDI support, and vendor coordination.

Leads IT operations and serves as the company’s Microsoft and identity security authority. Owns Entra ID architecture, privileged access, lifecycle automation, SSO, endpoint platforms, SaaS integrations, compliance controls, audit readiness, and identity threat detection. Directs IT staff, manages projects and vendors, supports engineering environments, and automates provisioning and reporting using Graph, PowerShell, Power Automate, and Python. Partners across Security, Engineering, Marketing, and Web to remediate risks and deliver secure, auditable infrastructure.

Analyzes anomalous network and system events in a 24/7 SOC, conducts threat hunting, investigates endpoint and intrusion activity, and supports incident response. Produces technical reports, performs threat and vulnerability analysis across customer environments, improves SOC processes, builds research labs, and evaluates sandbox technologies. Collaborates with analysts and customers to resolve incidents and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, content creation, go-to-market launches, competitive intelligence, and campaign support for cybersecurity products. Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, customer success, enablement, and security operations teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling materials for technical and business audiences. Research MDR and adjacent cybersecurity markets, engage analysts and external stakeholders, and develop launch plans, webinars, battlecards, presentations, and customer-facing content.

Designs, operates, and improves scalable cloud and on-premise infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, data streaming systems, and observability tooling. Owns AWS reliability, security, cost efficiency, automation, progressive deployments, incident response, and production troubleshooting. Partners with software engineering teams to integrate services and drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and uptime.

Own and grow Blackpoint Cyber’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. Develop and publish written, video, and visual content; manage community engagement, Reddit moderation, employee advocacy, social listening, analytics, and crisis communications. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, events, product, campaigns, people, and creative teams to promote cybersecurity content, partner stories, and industry events. Apply AI tools and social SEO best practices to improve workflow and performance.

Drive partner health, product adoption, onboarding, training, and long-term engagement for cybersecurity clients and partners. Provide technical support, prepare partner reviews, document processes, collaborate with GTM and Product teams, and track customer health and KPIs using ChurnZero. The role requires customer-facing technical expertise, security-industry experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and independent remote work capability.
