Lead technical sales for EO satellite solutions serving international defense, intelligence, and government customers. Translate mission requirements into satellite, ground, communications, and analytics solutions; support RFIs, RFPs, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and contract awards. Build senior stakeholder relationships, advise on GEOINT/ISR integration, and collaborate with business development, engineering, product, legal, contracts, and export compliance teams. The role requires approximately 50% international travel.

Manage satellite launch campaigns from contracting and scheduling through testing, integration, readiness reviews, and launch. Coordinate launch providers, engineering, procurement, and internal teams; manage risks, dependencies, deliverables, action items, and release gates. Develop training and documentation, support satellite qualification and flight testing, and serve as an onsite launch representative. The role requires extensive aerospace systems and launch-provider experience, with travel up to 50%.

Coordinates complex interviews, candidate communications, recruiting documentation, reference checks, pre-hire administration, onboarding support, ATS records, recruiting compliance, reporting, and talent projects. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to keep hiring processes organized and moving forward. Supports in-person interviews and People team operations for the Seattle office.

Leads the Mission Management Engineering team developing and operating autonomous software for satellite constellation imaging and communications. Provides technical and architectural direction, manages roadmaps and resources, improves engineering and operational processes, supports live systems and launch operations, and partners across mission operations, spacecraft engineering, product, and program teams. Hires, coaches, and develops engineers while ensuring reliable delivery aligned with commercial goals and program requirements.

Leads the Product Insights engineering team responsible for partner integrations, analytic product hosting, scalable platform capabilities, production pipelines, reliability, and monitoring. Sets technical strategy, oversees architecture and roadmap development, removes cross-team blockers, participates in code reviews and development, and manages hiring, mentoring, capacity planning, and team performance. Collaborates with product, platform, AI, imagery, and partner engineering teams to accelerate delivery of customer-facing insight products.

Leads cybersecurity architecture for software systems, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and satellite ground-segment deployments. Develops security roadmaps, architectural blueprints, compliance solutions, and automated controls within Terraform and Helm. Assesses vulnerabilities, coordinates security implementation across engineering and infrastructure teams, documents systems, manages project risks, and translates regulatory requirements into engineering specifications. Requires extensive DevSecOps leadership, Kubernetes experience, security framework expertise, and eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.
