The Senior Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment for corporate and technical roles, partner with hiring managers, source candidates, oversee interviews, and support employee engagement efforts.

Train on and operate BlackSky's satellite constellation and ground systems, support launch and early operations, investigate anomalies via telemetry and bench testing, perform daily constellation and log review, develop/maintain Python tooling for automation and performance analysis, support bespoke customer testing and launch readiness, and provide rotational on-call and occasional 24/7 console support.

Operate and improve BlackSky's satellite constellation: perform LEOP and routine ops, investigate anomalies, run bench tests, lead software and operational testing, develop Python tooling, support on-call and launch activities, and drive procedure and maintenance planning.

Lead the Capture team, develop strategies for bids and proposals, manage a portfolio of complex opportunities in government and defense sectors, and collaborate across functions to propose solutions that offer customer value.
