The Senior Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment for corporate and technical roles, partner with hiring managers, source candidates, oversee interviews, and support employee engagement efforts.

The role involves engineering and testing communication systems for satellites, including system integration, RF signal transmission, and system compliance. The position requires travel, and candidates must be technically proficient and able to manage complex projects independently.

Lead design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of satellite communications and ground-station systems. Develop design documentation and test programs, perform RF hardware and site qualification, coordinate vendors and regulatory filings, support operations troubleshooting, and collaborate across teams while traveling internationally as needed.

Train on and operate BlackSky's satellite constellation and ground systems, support launch and early operations, investigate anomalies via telemetry and bench testing, perform daily constellation and log review, develop/maintain Python tooling for automation and performance analysis, support bespoke customer testing and launch readiness, and provide rotational on-call and occasional 24/7 console support.

Operate and improve BlackSky's satellite constellation: perform LEOP and routine ops, investigate anomalies, run bench tests, lead software and operational testing, develop Python tooling, support on-call and launch activities, and drive procedure and maintenance planning.
