Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements for private equity portfolio companies: run readiness assessments, score AI maturity, design roadmaps with ROI projections, manage delivery pods, execute stakeholder governance, and produce playbooks and repeatable offerings.

Lead architect and hands‑on senior data engineer who designs scalable data platforms and medallion architectures, optimizes ETL/ELT and data modeling, implements CI/CD and IaC, enforces data governance and security, mentors engineers, integrates BI tools, and leads client-facing technical engagements.

Act as the founders' right hand to operationalize AI: prototype internal AI workflows, turn experiments into company-wide programs, run executive cadence and OKRs, unblock cross-functional projects, prepare strategic briefs, enforce responsible AI guardrails, and drive exit-readiness and organizational health.

Hands-on Senior Data Engineer to maintain and optimize an Oracle-centric enterprise data warehouse, manage cloud-to-Oracle integrations, evolve ETL/ELT pipelines, and help build a hybrid lakehouse (Apache Iceberg, OCI Object Storage, Parquet). Requires performance tuning, Linux administration, Java debugging, and close collaboration with senior client stakeholders. Contractor role with possible conversion to full-time.

Lead client-facing analytics engagements: translate ambiguous business questions into data models, dashboards, and KPIs; write production-quality SQL and dbt models; build BI reporting; apply AI tools to accelerate analysis; drive proactive insights; set stakeholder cadence; and mentor junior analysts to ensure adoption and delivery.

Seller-doer solution architect who leads technical discovery, architects multi-vendor data and AI platforms, builds proposals and carries quota, then stays hands-on to guide delivery, write production code, and expand accounts across Snowflake, Databricks, cloud, and modern data tooling.

Design, build, and automate scalable data platforms (lakehouses/warehouses). Implement and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and dbt, apply Medallion Architecture, manage IaC/CI-CD, ensure data security and governance, and integrate pipelines with BI tools while engaging with stakeholders.

Embed with client teams to map real-world processes and design agentic AI workflows. Build production-grade multi-step agents, integrations (CRMs, warehouses, APIs), RAG systems, observability, and evaluation. Run stakeholder sessions, document handoffs, and turn successful patterns into reusable platform capabilities.
