Leads and develops a team of 5–10 Client Success Managers while managing strategic customer accounts. Owns retention, renewals, churn prevention, expansion, forecasting, customer health, and executive escalations. Partners with Sales, Deployment, Support, Operations, Engineering, Product, and executive leadership to improve customer outcomes and scale client success processes. Drives territory strategy, team performance, onboarding, coaching, reporting, and cybersecurity customer engagement.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships for cybersecurity SaaS and managed security services. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, value realization, QBRs, escalations, and executive engagement. Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating with Sales, Product, Services, and leadership. The role requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender, strong enterprise account management, technical communication, and customer success strategy development.

Deploys and optimizes Microsoft Purview data security and compliance solutions for customers. Responsibilities include designing architectures, configuring classification, information protection, DLP and insider risk controls, developing policies and automation, producing compliance reports, integrating Microsoft 365 tools, supporting managed services, assisting pre-sales, and providing technical client delivery, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
