Bsquare offers a great retirement plan through Fidelity with a vast selection of funds options.

Offers disability insurance

Bsquare offers short- and long-term disability coverage to our team members. The benefit is 60% of a team member's annual salary up to a maximum of $2,500/week.

Provides 401(K) matching

Bsquare will match 50% of the first 6% you contribute and you are immediately vested in the employer match!

Offers life insurance

Bsquare provides our team members with Basic Life and AD&D coverage equal to 1x their annual salary. Team Members also have the option to purchase additional life and AD&D coverage.
