Bsquare has taken a proactive approach to reversing racial injustices in tech. Cheryl Wynne leads the anti-racism inclusion task force that meets monthly to discuss actions the company can take, and every senior leadership meeting begins with an anti-racist reflection. The company has also provided training to expand recruiting outreach and inclusive hiring. “While the training itself is fairly basic, it’s a good way to level set folks and an important demonstration of Bsquare’s willingness to invest time and money to foster diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization,” Wynne said.
