Leads end-to-end process improvement and automation projects, including stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP development, system configuration, ETL design, rollout, adoption, and ongoing refinement. Leads the Epic AMS Access team with primary responsibility for Cadence and Referrals. Provides hands-on application support including build, troubleshooting, optimization, upgrades, testing, implementation, incidents, service requests, and small projects. Coordinates workload, mentors analysts, identifies risks, communicates with clients, and partners with the Prelude/RTE lead to ensure effective delivery across the Access application portfolio. Participates in on-call support.

Build, configure, monitor, and support Epic Bridges interfaces (clinical and business domains). Perform HL7 v2 mapping, troubleshoot interface errors, support cloud migration/testing, maintain documentation, and provide strategic guidance and mentorship for interface intake and governance.

Serve as primary analyst and application owner for Epic Phoenix (Transplant). Provide BAU production support, incident/ticket resolution, application build and optimization, lead small enhancements, support Epic upgrades (testing, UAT, release planning, go-live), partner with clinical and operational stakeholders, and participate in Pacific Time day-call rotation.

The Willow Analyst supports clients by providing application support and optimization for Epic Willow, focusing on enhancing workflows and troubleshooting issues.
