Partner with venture capital clients to manage fund accounting tasks including capital calls, audit/tax support, financial statements, LP communications, and fund administration consulting. Collaborate with product, engineering, GTM, and operations to improve software, provide reporting (IRR, TVPI, RVPI), and scale services while ensuring timely, accurate client delivery.

Lead and deliver complex software projects across backend and frontend systems. Simplify architecture, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and collaborate with product and design to build scalable fund administration and investor reporting features.

Lead product strategy and delivery for Carta's Fund Administration platform. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business partners to prioritize features, ship impactful products, and solve complex user problems using systems thinking, data, and rapid validation methods.

Serve as a technical private capital and accounting expert guiding large, complex clients from late-stage sale through onboarding and go-live. Manage cross-functional conversions, set expectations, build governance, drive product/operational solutions, and foster executive-level relationships to maximize platform adoption and client value.

Provide paralegal support for fund-related matters: draft LP transfer and subscription documents, manage execution workflows, liaise with transfer parties, collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals, and develop commercial and legal expertise with opportunities for SQE qualification.

Support Transactional KYC and compliance reviews for private equity deals: analyze transaction and ownership structures, gather documentation, perform AML/CTF risk assessments, liaise with deal, legal, and compliance teams, and flag regulatory or reputational issues to keep transactions compliant and on schedule.

Manage the inbound KYC lifecycle: intake, review, and resolve KYC requests; validate documentation for AML/KYC compliance; act as client-facing compliance contact; maintain accurate records and apply evolving global KYC/AML requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and clean audit trails.

Support lawyers with first-round markups of NDAs and commercial contracts; manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and assist with execution. Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals on high-volume matters, build commercial and legal expertise, and progress toward SQE qualification.

Manage high-volume intake, first-round markups, and drafting of investment-related NDAs and transactional documents; coordinate client workflows and document portals; support US lawyers with ad hoc legal drafting; drive contracts to execution while balancing speed and attention to detail.
