Own global Workday Payroll and HCM configuration for 2,000+ employees. Manage payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, integrations, testing, releases, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance. Partner with People, Payroll Operations, HRIS, and Integrations teams to translate business needs into scalable system configurations across the US, EMEA, and LATAM.

Negotiate and manage high-volume pre-M&A contracts, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters. Serve as the primary client contact for investment funds and asset managers, maintain contract playbooks, mentor junior legal staff, and improve Carta’s AI-backed legal technology tools and processes.

Leads customer marketing strategy and execution for Carta’s Cap Table business, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, retention, and product adoption. Designs multi-channel campaigns across email, in-product experiences, events, paid social, and outbound marketing. Uses customer insights, data, AI, ABM, personalization, and automation to identify expansion opportunities, improve targeting, and scale campaign execution. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Lifecycle, Marketing Operations, Engineering, and Product Marketing.

Leads product marketing and go-to-market enablement for private-market finance products. Develops sales assets, segment messaging, outbound strategies, campaigns, launch plans, and customer expansion plays. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Enablement, Operations, and Product teams to improve pipeline, support launches, analyze performance, gather customer feedback, and influence the product roadmap. Represents Carta at customer events, internal kickoffs, and industry conferences.

Manage the full lifecycle of inbound KYC requests, including intake, documentation review, validation, client communication, recordkeeping, and timely resolution. Apply global KYC, AML, and international regulatory requirements, monitor regulatory changes, maintain audit-ready records, and escalate issues appropriately. The role operates in a high-volume, client-facing environment serving asset managers, private equity firms, and counterparties.

Serve as a technical private capital and accounting expert guiding large, complex clients from late-stage sale through onboarding and go-live. Manage cross-functional conversions, set expectations, build governance, drive product/operational solutions, and foster executive-level relationships to maximize platform adoption and client value.
