Support Systems Improvement projects by maintaining tracking systems, collecting and reporting quarterly progress data, collaborating with consultants and workgroups, creating stakeholder reports, and participating in measurement and scaling efforts.

Provide education and technical assistance to state and county child welfare and judicial stakeholders on immigration issues affecting children and families. Develop and deliver materials and presentations, support field staff, track engagement and progress, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to build immigration legal capacity and spread effective practices.

Provide administrative and operational support for Human Resources & Organizational Development, including contract and invoice tracking, executive calendar and travel management, event logistics, training recordkeeping, recruitment and onboarding support, employee file maintenance and audits, intranet/resource updates, and liaison work with finance, legal, and operations.
