The Business Intelligence Solution Architect translates data needs into technical solutions, drives data integration strategy, and supports business intelligence applications and data literacy initiatives.

This role provides legal guidance on contracts and corporate matters, overseeing contract management, advising on tax-exempt requirements, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies for Casey Family Programs.

The Managing Director, Senior Program Counsel provides legal counsel on compliance and risk management, overseeing litigation, privacy, and employment issues, ensuring the foundation's adherence to laws related to children and families.

Manage compensation and benefits programs including leave of absence administration, vendor and plan management, market pay analysis, benefits enrollment and communications, compliance with FMLA/ADA/ERISA/COBRA, and reporting and project management for audits.

Lead design, planning, facilitation, and execution of complex Technical Assistance Unit projects. Manage convenings, long-term initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, strategic communication, resource allocation, and data-informed evaluation. Provide consultation and coaching, analyze requests and intake, develop inclusive written and visual products, and champion equity. Travel 50%+ required.
