Lead and manage a team of recruiters to source, screen, and onboard contingent workers for global AI projects. Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, negotiate rates, maintain candidate records, build recruitment dashboards, collaborate with sourcing and vendor teams, and improve sourcing and screening processes.

Support FP&A by contributing to forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and process improvements. Provide data-driven insights to optimize business operations and support strategic decision-making.
