Supports clinical foodservice technology implementations by programming applications, developing product requirements, troubleshooting issues, managing support processes, analyzing product data, coordinating hardware installations, training users, and collaborating with facility staff. The role serves as a clinical nutrition and technology subject matter expert while contributing to projects, stakeholder communications, sourcing, and application improvements.

Coordinates end-to-end medical transportation product implementations, including planning, system configuration, testing, training, go-live support, and post-implementation adoption. The role manages project plans, customer requirements, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, documentation, and issue resolution while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Travel to client locations is required approximately one to two times monthly.

Manage and coordinate MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects, supporting requirements documentation, workflow and gap analysis, system build, testing, stakeholder communication, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, and post-project reviews. The role bridges clinical and technical teams, provides client support, and helps ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.

Manage and coordinate MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects, tracking scope, schedules, risks, issues, requirements, testing, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders, support workflow and gap analysis, provide system guidance, coordinate system builds, maintain project documentation and status reporting, and assist with client support and post-project reviews.

Leads the design, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex MEDITECH Expanse interfaces. Serves as a subject matter expert in HL7, interface engines, APIs, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability. Coordinates implementations, upgrades, conversions, and enterprise projects while mentoring junior analysts, conducting root cause analysis, standardizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Supports implementation, configuration, optimization, maintenance, testing, and go-live support for the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module. Partners with laboratory, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to validate workflows, integrations, and analyzer interfaces. Analyzes lab data, maintains documentation and build guides, manages assigned deliverables, communicates project risks, provides peer training, and contributes to process improvement across healthcare facility transitions.

Support and optimize the MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy module for HCA Healthcare: configure workflows, build order sets, map NDCs to drug IDs, troubleshoot issues, develop documentation, coach stakeholders, and drive process improvement to enhance medication safety and pharmacy operations.

Provide at-the-elbow go-live support for MEDITECH Expanse implementations across HCA facilities. Assist clinicians with medication workflows, troubleshoot EHR issues, triage and escalate problems, document resolutions, train end users, and support adoption and stabilization during high-volume activation periods while traveling extensively.

Support and optimize the MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy module: configure workflows, build order sets, map NDCs to drug IDs, troubleshoot, create documentation, train stakeholders, advise clinicians and IT, and drive process improvement across pharmacy operations.
