Leads enterprise transformation initiatives from strategy and business-case development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. Develops roadmaps, governance, process designs, business requirements, and performance measures while managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Partners with executives, operational leaders, technology teams, vendors, and change champions to deliver sustainable improvements. Oversees readiness, communications, training, documentation, reporting, continuous improvement, and post-implementation value tracking across a complex organization.

Enter vendor invoice images and data into the electronic payment system, maintain vendor accounts, resolve pricing/receiving issues, respond to vendor correspondence, communicate with internal teams, and support Finance Department projects and process improvements.

Provides administrative and operational support for warehouse and office functions. Duties include answering calls, maintaining customer orders, creating labels, processing intercompany transfers, entering received product quantities, supporting shipping and receiving, recording customer payments, coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams, and completing documentation and special projects.

Drive sales, develop new business, build product programs and pricing, coordinate with buyers and operations, ensure order accuracy and food-safety compliance, handle customer service and issue resolution, merchandise in-store displays, and travel the assigned territory to support relationships and execution.

Sell and grow accounts with foodservice customers by prospecting, cold-calling, and closing new business. Maintain high client satisfaction, manage a high-volume book of business, present products to market, handle account administration, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Pick full-case produce orders using a hands-free voice-pick headset while operating a riding pallet jack. Build, wrap, and stage organized pallets with attention to product integrity, food safety, accuracy, and required pieces-per-hour in a refrigerated warehouse environment. May require nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Support daily indoor farm production: planting, harvesting, packing, labeling, cleaning, and documenting food-safety procedures. Perform physical warehouse tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), use Excel/basic computer tools for records, follow safety protocols, and complete required background checks.

Pick partial orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice-pick headset, verify order accuracy, maintain a clean workspace, follow food-safety protocols, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform other supervisor-assigned warehouse duties.

Entry-level role supporting daily indoor farming operations: planting, harvesting, packing, cleaning, and documenting food safety. Requires attention to detail, basic math and computer skills (Excel), ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and work in a warehouse/farm environment following safety procedures.
