Manage and grow assigned retail and food service accounts for premium produce and beverage brands. Responsibilities include developing new business, creating product programs and pricing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues, supporting order fulfillment, merchandising in-store displays, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with buyers and operations. The role requires territory travel, accurate paperwork, customer service, and compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Manage bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for more than 1,700 employees while supervising two payroll staff. Oversee payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, tax filings, journal entries, benefits, garnishments, year-end reporting, access permissions, compliance, and process improvements. Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, department leaders, and vendors to resolve issues, maintain controls, improve workflows, and protect confidential payroll information.

Provides administrative and operational support for warehouse and office functions. Duties include answering calls, maintaining customer orders, creating labels, processing intercompany transfers, entering received product quantities, supporting shipping and receiving, recording customer payments, coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams, and completing documentation and special projects.

Lead strategy, governance, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, WMS, HRIS, BI, e‑Commerce). Manage a team of analysts/developers, drive digital transformation and ERP modernization, partner with business leaders, oversee integrations, releases, and SLAs, and ensure documentation, training, and operational excellence.
