Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice and lead commercial contracting for North America. Negotiate customer/vendor agreements, support M&A diligence, manage pre-litigation disputes, develop contract templates and processes, partner with commercial teams, and oversee litigation strategy while improving legal operations and compliance.

Lead North America litigation and employment strategy, advise on employment matters, manage outside counsel and disputes, support risk mitigation and claims handling, partner with HR and business teams, and provide pragmatic legal counsel on contracts, operations, and high-risk matters for the company.

Provide in-house legal counsel for procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations and real estate across North America. Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and service agreements, manage vendor disputes and pre-litigation issues, support M&A due diligence, develop contracting templates and playbooks, and advise on operational risk, compliance, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Serve as HR Business Partner for multi-site service center operations, leading employee relations, investigations, safety culture (Zero Harm), workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and HR program execution. Coach leaders, support talent lifecycle, manage high-risk ER cases, and partner with legal and HR centers of excellence to drive consistent people practices across distributed frontline teams.
