Lead design and implementation of enterprise IAM capabilities (IGA, AM, PAM). Build SSO/MFA, RBAC/ABAC, lifecycle provisioning/deprovisioning, privileged account management, integrations with cloud and on‑prem, scripting automation, directory services management, and IAM monitoring and incident response.

Design, train, validate, and deploy traditional ML models and feature pipelines within Microsoft Fabric/Databricks. Partner with Data Engineers to optimize Medallion layers for model training and inference, implement MLOps (model registry, monitoring, retraining), perform EDA on large enterprise datasets, translate analytics to business insights, and document algorithm governance and fairness.

Develop production-grade Python solutions to integrate with complex third-party APIs, parse and flatten messy data, automate infrastructure tasks, write and optimize PySpark transformations in Microsoft Fabric, build internal tooling/CLIs, and ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.

Senior leader driving NetSuite and Rillet ERP practice growth, overseeing solution design, full-cycle implementations, delivery quality, client relationships, and sales pursuits. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, architecture, project delivery standards, resource planning, optimization assessments, and leading go-to-market and revenue generation for ERP services.

Serve as primary DBA SME bridging on-premises SQL Server to Microsoft Fabric. Design hybrid database architectures, implement cloud-based SQL services, establish Data Operations processes and SLAs, manage data integration, security controls, performance tuning, monitoring, and disaster recovery to support analytics and AI workloads.
