Manages and grows customer accounts for demand response and energy-efficiency programs. Builds customer and contractor relationships, resolves concerns, verifies installations and documentation, develops proposals and sales forecasts, and provides technical guidance and training. Troubleshoots issues, communicates program requirements and changes, supports savings acquisition strategies, and represents the company across a broad territory. Requires 7+ years of relevant industry experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Develop and execute corporate events strategy, including researching sponsorships, managing speaking engagements, coordinating event logistics, overseeing vendors and contractors, maintaining exhibit inventory and calendars, managing budgets, and evaluating event performance. Collaborate with marketing, creative, business development, and operations teams to deliver successful corporate events and support brand awareness and lead generation.
