Manage multiple customer-facing technology implementation projects from kickoff through closure. Own delivery outcomes while coordinating customers, implementation engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams. Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, forecasting, and resource management. Lead planning sessions and delivery meetings, communicate project status, and help improve PMO best practices. The role focuses on cloud-based, integration-oriented solutions, with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer experience preferred.

Lead product strategy and execution: discover customer needs, define requirements and prototypes, prioritize roadmaps, work with engineering to deliver features, drive launches and go-to-market, and evangelize products while soliciting customer feedback to improve experience and growth.

Manage 30+ enterprise SaaS accounts across implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Lead stakeholder meetings and executive QBRs, maintain customer health data in Salesforce and Planhat, own GRR and NRR outcomes, mitigate risks, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, drive platform adoption, support migrations, communicate AI capabilities, and represent customer needs internally. Travel 5–10% annually.
