Clipboard Benefits Overview

Own and build Clipboard’s design system across Figma and production code. Establish architecture, tokens, components, patterns, documentation, accessibility standards, and AI tooling. Maintain alignment between Figma, Storybook, and code while partnering with product, design, and engineering teams on complex workflows. The role requires strong frontend engineering, design-systems expertise, UI and UX judgment, and the ability to drive adoption across web and mobile product surfaces.

Own complex enterprise customer and operational problems from diagnosis through resolution. Work with customer stakeholders and cross-functional Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to lead implementations, troubleshoot payroll, time clock, and integration issues, define workstreams, remove blockers, and drive outcomes without direct authority. Use customer insights, operational context, and data to improve processes and products. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.
