Leads full-cycle IT projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, stakeholders, documentation, and change requests. Lead and manage testing for migration to OpenText Exstream, including test planning, functional/integration/ETL/document/output validation, defect management, UAT support, and integration verification with SAP ECC and AWS-hosted services.

Lead BA for utilities projects translating stakeholder needs into requirements, managing user stories and traceability in Azure DevOps, ensuring NERC compliance, leading workshops, and supporting enterprise software modernization across cross-functional teams.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise technical products and platforms. Translate customer and business needs into prioritized features, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions, manage Agile delivery, track KPIs, and communicate roadmap and ROI to executives and customers.

Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure cloud platforms; support CI, automation, monitoring, and migrations of legacy systems to AWS; resolve performance, vulnerability, and scalability issues; create operational documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) for quality and compliance, report findings, participate in calibration sessions, support scoring consistency, maintain program knowledge, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
