Lead technical design, improve reliability and observability, conduct post-mortems, review code, mentor engineers, document architecture, and collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership. The role focuses on distributed systems, high-throughput workloads, partner integrations, performance, security, and platform growth.

Own and scale Cognitiv’s AWS infrastructure while evaluating architecture, networking, security, scalability, and service management. Lead improvements in deployments, monitoring, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Support co-located Equinix datacenter deployments and hybrid cloud operations alongside a datacenter-focused SRE. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, provide multi-datacenter coverage, and help establish long-term service management best practices.

Design, build, and own backend services and APIs in .NET Core on AWS to power ContextGPT integrations. Drive partner and data-center integrations, resolve scaling challenges, improve performance and reliability, and take end-to-end ownership from design through production operations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
