Coordinates marketing and business development activities, including conferences, events, proposals, presentations, awards, lead tracking, and marketing collateral. Produces and proofreads proposal content, maintains databases, supports pursuit teams, coordinates schedules, and develops graphics and layouts. Collaborates with marketing, business development, technical teams, subconsultants, and remote staff to deliver accurate, compliant, persuasive materials aligned with brand standards.

Designs and manages stormwater infrastructure for transportation and development projects, including drainage systems, hydraulic structures, culverts, flood mitigation, water quality treatment, and erosion control. Responsibilities include hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, permitting, regulatory compliance, construction support, and coordination with agencies and multidisciplinary teams. Requires a civil engineering degree, four years of transportation engineering experience, a PE license, and proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
