The Director also oversees client delivery, business development, team leadership, mentoring, practice development, and implementation of scalable tools and methodologies.

Leads FP&A advisory engagements for private equity portfolio companies in the government contracting sector. Responsibilities include developing indirect and wrap rate structures, financial models, budgets, forecasts, pricing analyses, KPI reporting, cash flow forecasts, covenant analysis, and DCAA-aligned reporting. The role also manages client relationships, supports business development, mentors team members, and helps implement compliant AI-enabled solutions.

Serve as the strategic and operational partner to the AI and Data Transformation & Analytics Practice Leader. Own leadership cadence, strategic initiative execution, AI governance, investment oversight, FP&A partnership, pipeline and revenue enablement, communications, and change management. Assess finance and accounting functions, conduct gap analyses, gather requirements, design future states, and support implementation across people, processes, technology, and data. Partner with CFOs, Controllers, operating partners, and deal teams; develop buy-and-build integration playbooks; optimize core finance processes; and leverage financial systems, automation, analytics, and AI tools to drive value creation.

Serve as a client-facing Salesforce Business Analyst supporting implementation projects. Gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, create user stories and functional specifications, manage product backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and support integrations. Collaborate with configurators, developers, project managers, and stakeholders throughout delivery. The Associate Director of FP&A will lead client engagement for private equity portfolio companies, oversee financial management, forecasting, and team development while driving operational enhancements in finance functions.

Lead FP&A advisory for PE-backed SaaS portfolios: manage client relationships, standardize SaaS KPIs and driver-based planning, deliver board-ready reporting and cash forecasts, guide systems/tooling, oversee multiple delivery teams, embed AI tools, recruit and mentor staff, and own origination and expansion targets.

Lead assigned workstreams across full-lifecycle Coupa implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live). Facilitate workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, redesign processes, manage integrations, perform data tasks, enable suppliers, document solutions, and adopt firm-approved AI tools to improve client outcomes.

Lead change management for full Coupa suite implementations: run discovery workshops, design and execute communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies. Mentor team members, measure success metrics, collaborate with technical teams, and support practice growth through knowledge sharing and AI-enabled solution development.
