Provide multi-channel technical support for Corptax customers, triage and resolve installation and configuration issues, document cases, review knowledge base content, perform release testing, collaborate with teams, and participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime.

The Senior Data Analyst gathers BI requirements, analyzes enterprise and offline datasets, writes and optimizes SQL queries, and builds dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Domo. The role translates business needs into technical specifications, designs dashboard wireframes, validates data, documents processes, and collaborates with engineering, product, and business teams. Knowledge of the US trust business is essential for interpreting data within financial and regulatory contexts.

Lead enterprise and hybrid cloud architecture strategy and governance. Define reference architectures, hybrid cloud roadmaps, and guardrails. Guide Nutanix private cloud integration, evaluate Azure/AWS/GCP services, enable self-service platforms, mentor architects and engineers, and support executive decision-making to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable platform solutions.

Manage corporate compliance and transactional needs for multinational entity portfolios. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate with internal fulfillment teams via Salesforce CRM, research jurisdictional filing requirements, oversee annual compliance and ad hoc transactions, provide status updates, mentor junior staff, and maintain accurate company records in entity management systems.

Perform tax form and regulation research, interpret tax code updates, guide programmers on calculation changes, design and execute tests, document calculations, contribute release notes and customer guidance, and support tax software products remotely.

Lead regional onboarding operations and evolve the function into end-to-end client lifecycle management. Manage and develop dispersed teams, ensure compliant AML/KYC/CDD execution across jurisdictions, resolve escalations, standardize processes, drive operational excellence and automation, partner with business and compliance stakeholders, and own regional performance, KPIs, data quality, controls, and audit readiness.

Research and interpret tax code and form changes, translate findings into software requirements, guide programmers, design and execute test cases, validate tax calculations, produce documentation and release notes, serve as subject-matter expert for assigned tax topics/states, support product users, and lead team projects as needed.

Provide B2B client support by answering inquiries via phone and electronic channels, managing workflows, navigating multiple databases, resolving problems, recommending process improvements, and maintaining/growing client relationships. Work Monday–Friday on Hawaii time with required training hours.
