Lead horizon scanning and external intelligence to identify AI and disruptive tech opportunities for R&D. Translate trends into actionable briefs, design and run pilots with stage-gates, and scale successful capabilities into production. Lead immunology scientific strategy and translational efforts from target identification through first-in-disease. Serve as subject-matter expert across rheumatology, neuroimmunology, and rare dermatology; evaluate assets, guide IND-enabling and early clinical design, define biomarkers and patient stratification, and support portfolio prioritization. Partner cross-functionally with discovery, translational medicine, clinical development, business development, and external KOLs to advance the immunology pipeline.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Operations. Manage SAP BPC processes, deliver dashboards and variance analysis, drive process improvements, and partner with Finance Business Partners and operations leadership to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.

Lead people-analytics strategy for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Drive end-to-end analysis of complex workforce problems, deliver evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders, ensure data governance and quality, coach junior analysts, build metrics frameworks, and conduct benchmarking and external research to inform workforce strategy.

Lead FP&A for emerging affiliates and partner businesses: manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; build standardized tools and dashboards; provide variance analysis and scenario planning; support financial systems automation, master data management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to enable strategic decisions.

Lead clinical strategy and execution for immunoglobulin development programs. Provide clinical and scientific oversight, medical monitoring, cross-functional leadership of the Clinical Development Team, regulatory document authorship, and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH. Serve as local regulatory lead for Mexico (LATAM region): manage new product registrations and lifecycle activities, import licenses, local batch release, labeling/artwork, promotional material review, and regulatory database maintenance for biological, biotechnological, and orphan drug products.

Lead and manage statistical programming activities for clinical trials, overseeing CROs or in-house teams to deliver CDISC-compliant datasets, outputs and DDT files. Plan resources and projects, design and implement complex analysis programs, mentor programmers, ensure regulatory-compliant processes, and drive automation and new programming tools (including AI). Lead global strategic sourcing for IT & automation categories ($450M+ spend). Develop category strategies, drive multi-million dollar savings, lead supplier relationship and risk management, conduct tenders and contract negotiations (> $500K), mentor sourcing managers, align senior stakeholders, implement supplier performance KPIs and innovation, and support cross-functional procurement initiatives. Expect ~20% travel.

Serve as HR technology strategic partner to IT leaders, shaping workforce plans, organizational design, change management, and HR IT roadmaps. Advise on HR technology architecture, integrations, compliance, and digital transformation; prioritize HR IT projects, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with HR COEs, finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver employee experience and capability outcomes across a global, matrixed organization.

Lead and grow a global digital forensics, incident response, and eDiscovery team. Own strategy, tools, and processes to prepare for, identify, contain, eradicate, and recover from cyber incidents. Partner with Security Operations, DLP, Threat Intelligence, Legal and Compliance. Drive forensic analysis, network and memory analysis, threat hunting, IOC development, and enterprise incident response program development and training.

Lead strategic IT partner management, serving as primary liaison to align partners with business objectives. Drive governance, SLA/performance measurement, dispute resolution, and continuous improvement. Manage partner reporting, QBRs, onboarding/compliance coordination, and stakeholder/executive reporting to optimize partner value and service delivery.
