Implement, configure, validate, and support LabVantage LIMS solutions for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Responsibilities include business analysis, requirements documentation, ELN/LES implementation, workflow configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, client training, SOP and test-script development, and GxP validation. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional client teams, manages multiple projects, and provides client-facing laboratory informatics expertise. Travel is required.

Develop, customize, test, deploy, and enhance LabWare LIMS solutions. Implement ELN, Charge Manager, Enhanced Visual Workflows, and Plate Manager modules; configure instrument interfaces; develop prototypes, analysis, and reporting features; troubleshoot technical issues; and optimize LIMS configurations while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams remotely.

Drive business development across the Western and Central US by prospecting, managing the sales pipeline, closing service contracts, and building client relationships. Consult with laboratory, IT, and QA leaders on informatics needs, position LIMS, ELN, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled offerings, collaborate with technical delivery teams, and monitor market trends across life sciences, chemicals, and food and beverage sectors.

Configure, customize, and develop Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS solutions using Workflows, Forms, C#, VGL, and SQL. Gather laboratory requirements, build reports and labels, integrate instruments and enterprise systems, provide client training, and troubleshoot technical issues. The role combines business analysis, laboratory informatics consulting, and remote client support, with limited travel.
