Lead operational training and implementation of contractERP/Business Central for clients: assess workflows, recommend configurations, deliver training, support pilot and go‑live, document requirements, assist QA and post‑go‑live adoption, and improve implementation processes.

Lead creation and stewardship of a scalable, token-driven design system across the product portfolio. Lead end-to-end product launches for the enterprise segment of KBFr, owning positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and post-launch performance. Build enterprise-grade messaging, run customer research, enable sales with practical assets, and establish repeatable launch processes while working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing in a globally distributed environment.

Lead and deliver ERP (Insight) implementations for manufacturing customers, performing system configuration, data setup, machine/report integrations, stored-procedure/report development, testing, training, scope and risk management, and customer consultation both onsite and remotely.

Lead and own global hosting and infrastructure operations across cloud (Azure), co-location, and hybrid environments. Manage major incident response, reliability, capacity planning, M&A infrastructure integrations, core infrastructure projects, security/compliance (SOC2, GDPR), and a distributed hosting operations team. Drive observability, automation, and DR readiness while partnering with enterprise architecture, security, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, secure hosting services.

The role involves managing a strategic sales territory, generating new business, closing multi-product deals with C-suite executives, and collaborating internally across functions to deliver solutions that meet customers' needs.

Lead a full-stack engineering team developing a payments platform, focusing on C#/.NET and cloud-native architectures, with mentoring and technical direction responsibilities.
