Interns support client-focused projects, learn wealth management practices, build professional networks, participate in leadership and community activities, and may prepare for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam. The program includes an immersive week at the Seattle corporate office and requires students to commit to the full program duration.

Paid nine-week wealth management internship working with Financial Advisors and supporting client-related projects in a branch office. Interns gain financial services experience, attend leadership and professional development activities in Seattle, build networks, and may prepare for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam. Candidates must be college students who have completed at least sophomore year, demonstrate strong academic and interpersonal skills, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Three-year paid apprenticeship preparing candidates for financial advisor careers through immersive training in wealth management, financial planning, client service, investment strategies, portfolio construction, and practice management. Participants receive coaching, work with senior advisors, support financial planning teams, advise clients, complete licensing exams, and gain branch-office experience.
