Lead and optimize design team operations for a new direct-to-consumer product, bringing structure to ambiguity. Coordinate cross-functional workflows across product, engineering, brand, research, and external partners; set up tools and processes, manage assets and timelines, improve systems (including AI), and enable high-quality delivery across digital and physical touchpoints.

Lead and own end-to-end accounting operations including AP, fixed assets, leasing, payroll, tax, treasury, and monthly close. Manage ERP and accounting systems, strengthen internal controls, perform US GAAP and tax research, prepare external reports, and develop a finance team while driving process and system improvements to scale the organization.

Lead and grow a small data engineering and analytics team to build and evolve a cloud data platform, deliver data products and AI-powered self-service reporting, support product analytics and experimentation, and partner with engineering and product teams to produce actionable insights for leadership and staff.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that support teachers and families. Combine ML models, high-quality data, and human-centered workflows into production-ready tools. Own end-to-end lifecycle from research and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and safety/guardrails to ensure ethical, reliable AI features.
