Responsibilities include research, UX and visual design, prototyping, design systems, conversational and AI-powered interfaces, product strategy, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Growth. The role also focuses on building trust, simplifying technical concepts, and delivering production-ready experiences.

Own product marketing and growth for near.com, including positioning, target audiences, messaging, launches, onboarding, adoption, and retention. Translate user research and product data into product and UX recommendations, while partnering with Product and Growth. Support NEAR Intents partner positioning and launches with exchanges, wallets, fintech platforms, and distribution partners. Build scalable product marketing processes in a fast-moving, globally distributed startup environment.
