Leads Army-focused business development and capture activities, identifying opportunities, building government and industry relationships, developing capture strategies and win themes, coordinating proposals, managing teaming partners and resources, supporting negotiations, and monitoring contract performance. Requires extensive Army market knowledge, government contracting experience, strategic leadership, proposal expertise, AI proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Travel is required up to 50%.

Design, implement, and test full-stack solutions using object-oriented principles and TDD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver front-end and back-end components, produce technical designs, estimate effort, and adopt best practices.

Support DoD modernization engagements by implementing and validating secure configurations, supporting ATO/eMASS activities, producing operational runbooks, coordinating cutovers and testing, remediating vulnerabilities, and automating operations (scripting/AIOps) with emphasis on mainframe/legacy environments and DoD security frameworks.
